Former Cal. Gov. Jerry Brown Admits Lying!

In a TV interview in the 1990's, former California Governor Jerry Brown admitted that the since he's no longer a politician he doesn't have to lie any more.  He admits that he lied as Governor and had no plan whatsoever.  Amazing admissions.  I bet this bit of video will crop up in the final days of the campaign.

FYI, he also said in a speech to some college students that he is going to see that
"Everyone, weather they are documented or not is going to get a college education."
He has the backing of the unions and the media. Why anyone would vote for this fool
is beyond me. I'm no Meg Whitman fan what so ever, but this guy needs to be defeated.

I don't know what Miller did or didn't lie about, but I do knwo that in an op-ed piece in the Alaska Dispatch, Ben Stein called Miller a "dangerous, stupid clown."

The GOP candidate for (much too) high office in Alaska, Joe Miller, who beat the redoubtable GOP stalwart, Lisa Murkowski, in the primary, with major Tea Party help, is a bit reminiscent of Willy Stark. Only stupid.

Joe Miller supposedly is a graduate of Yale Law School, as I am, and I never knew one stupid person at Yale Law, which makes me wonder if Mr. Miller really went there. A Yale Law grad would not have security guards who would for a moment consider "arresting" and handcuffing a member of the Alaska press, Tony Hopfinger, who had the audacity to ask questions about Miller's past transgressions involving computer stuffing of a polling place in an unofficial GOP poll.

A Yale Law grad, especially one supported by the Tea Party, which is all about curbing abuses of power by the government, would not even think of taking away the reporter's video camera, as Miller's guards did. That's what stupid people do. Maybe I am wrong and he somehow slipped through the Ivied doors when they weren't looking. Maybe Miller thinks he is boss of some kind of third world country and his mirrored sunglass-wearing Tontons Macoutes can just bully anyone who gets in his way.

That is not what the Tea Party is all about. It is certainly not what the GOP is about. It isn't even what the Democratic Party is about.

Jerry Brown  admitted that he previously  lied as Governor  by falsely stating that he had a "plan" for the State of California when in fact he had none and played it by ear so to speak.  He admitted that he made promises about things that were totally beyond his control.  I know everyone does it, but maybe if they were exposed it would help.

All pollititions lie. Everyone knows it but that hasn't changed things since the first pollitition took office right up till the newest. They say what people want to hear, get elected, then forget their promises.

If lying were a disqualifier, there'd be scant few people holding office--ever.  Anyway, in the case of Joe Miller, the people of Alaska will choose.  Lies, or no lies, I'd be more interested in what his ideology is.

About that "teabagger" stuff; that's real fitting coming from the party of Barney Fag.

You are gonna need one HELL of a plunger if you flush Jerry Brown down the toilet, as the septic tank will back up with a the brown liberal *%#$.  And then, once you get the septic tank clear, make sure to add a healthy amount of Rid-o-Bama *$#%-eating bacteria to keep the system clear of deficit accumulation.
