I doubt you can enlarge greater than the original image size.  What are the dimensions of the movie frames?

Picture size is 364 x 275 109 KB
When I crop it 17KB
Don't think I can make it bigger and have any clarity.
Perhaps print it and take picture of picture with regular camera setting .?

it still wouldnt show any more details than the printed paper shows
the camera cant make up details

The posted pic is only 152x185 so the original would be almost twice as big.  Maybe post the original or make the posted one a link to the original.
