powderman, I deleted this post the first time you made it and I think we both know why. I let it ride as is now just to see what would happen. You have bullied many who have responded by demanding a True or False answer to a very poorly worded statement.
so lets look at your OP.

The first statement:

In order to determine if the statement is true or not you must define the parameters by which you consider a nation to be "Godless". I can not read your mind and you have not listed these nations therefore I do not know of which ones you speak. Also your definition of "Nations" would be helpful also as some consider a group of like minded people to be a "Nation" and others may consider only a "Country" to be a "Nation". Another that needs clarification is "murdering innocents" , are you referring to people as in individuals killing or are you talking about Military of the said "Nations" fighting and killing. Soft targets could also use a little clarification.
Now using just a little common sense one will conclude that as long as there are people on this planet there will be murdering of innocents just like we will always have prostitution, gambling and politics as it seems to be part of "Human Nature", so to this part of your statement I say "False".. Decapitating as a means to kill has also been around forever and is not likely to ever stop being used so again I say "False". Soft targets again needs some defining but if the military definition is applied then again as long as there is people there will be war so the answer to this also "False". "Attacking Israel" this part of your statement leads me to think that your definition of "Godless Nation" is made up of only countries of whom attack Israel so I will wait on the definition of these "Godless Nations" before I answer to this part. Finally we have the "laid down there arms" comment which again without knowing who it is that will be laying down their arms I can not answer this part.
Now based on what I think you may mean by "Godless Nations" I will assume you are referring to any nation with a large islamic population as that is who you so often refer to as "godless". Seeing as there are large populations of muslims in most every country lets apply your attacking Israel comment and then narrow those godless ones down a little further. So who is Israel's enemy? Well according the them Under Israeli law, Lebanon, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Yemen are enemy countries. So based on what I think your definition of "Godless Nations" may be without any further clarification the answer is FALSE. So if you would like to clarify your statement then I would be happy to re-evaluate my answer.
Now to the second part of your statement:

It is my belief that is Israel stopped messing with other countries then there might be a little more peace in the ME but at some point I am sure those whom Israel has attacked would indeed attack though not sure to the total genocide and the "renew their attacks on the world" comment baffles me as I was not aware of any nation who is at war with the entire world.
By the way here is an incomplete list of the many many nations around the world in conflict and I doubt... make that I know you can never have world peace but you democrats sure try to achieve it.
