If I were you, and had my doubts I would check it out, you don't have to take my word for it. It was on the news when all that crap went down. The Bushes have a long history of associating with the drigs of the Middle East and Europe. Grandpa Prescott Bush was a huge supporter and friend of Adolf Hitler during and after his rise to power, and supported him financially to a point. Everyone talks about the Kennedy's bootleggin daddy, but folks like the Bushes have their history also. Bill Clinton's uncle used to cut my hair, and Clinton was not Bills given name. It was Blythe. Shorty Blythe the barber cut my entire families hair all the way into the 60s. All the ivy league rs have a colorful history of making money off the backs ot the American soldier, yet everyone keeps votin'em into power.
One has to remember that the Iraq war was never about weapons of mass destruction. It was about Kuwait angle drilling across the border and stealing Iraqi oil. Iraq did what the United States would have done, but the United States was already mad because Hussein had quit doin business with the U.S. The whole thing was about money, and the Bush lovers bought the lie, and a lot of good boys died for a fight that was really over money, rather than alleged human rights.
I find it amazing that folks can come down on presidents like Obama, (and rightly so) yet ignore what other presidents like the Bushes did. GW, every one's golden boy started two wars that should have never been started, and still rage on, and he tried to get Congress to make the Clinton Assault Weapons Ban made permanent, HE started the bail outs, and when Congress refused to bail out the car industry, did so himself thru executive order, which is nothing more than a direct BYPASS of the Constitution.
Obama, as bad as he is, did not get us were we are. We were already there. Obama is making it worse, FASTER, but we would have ended up where we're going to end up, regardless of whom won the election. Many still say McCain would have been better. Why would anyone vote for someone that had proven over and over for 30+ years, that he was against you freedom of speech, and your second amendment rights? How could that be better?
Now my point here is: Don't hammer one for something, and give another one a free pass, for doing the same damn thing just cause you like his looks, his party, or his personality better. Obama is no doubt pro Muslim, but Bush does business with the Muslim, stated three times on National TV that the Christian and the Muslim worship the same god, and went to war protectin thieving Muslims, whom stole from other Muslims. Like it or not, that's what he did.
