All this concern with hides ???

How much cash does a coyote hide bring?
How much time does it take to prepare a hide for sale?
Who do you sell them to?

Just curious.

Here in Ohio not all fur buyers will buy them. I have a guy that gives me $ 5 on the carcuss acrossed the board and he getts them. All of the other buyers want them skinned and dried and after that they sort through them, and only pay $ 8 to $ 10 tops. They are really not worth messing with, but I hate to see them not used.

Ditto but I do not have to do any stretching or drying. If I did, it may be worth shipping them to Canada myself (as a few trapping friends have)

I have one buyer who I meet a couple times a month at a used car lot in a nearby town. The hides that I sell him are green for sure but well skinned.
