Pollution Enforcement Travesty

I'm to the right of center on most issues, but this latest information is very hard to swallow.
Locally, we try extremely hard to get the issue of pollution taken seriously, and always wonder why we are constantly on the losing end.
This helps explain it to some degree......

I'm all for clean water and clean air but maybe the numbers of "enforcements" should have dropped.

There have been some celebrated cases of EPA over zealousness in going after "outlaws" and if these are the type of cases that are not being brought, so much the better.

i live and breath-cough,cought,hack,cough-along the houston ship channel. in some ways jack is correct. these folks around here that are my neighbors certainly take the job seriously and by that reasoning the numbers should go down.
now i'm not saying run down an take a swim, but these folks do not do near tha things they did when i moved here. my neighbors look after their work.
