It all depends upon the reply of SCOTUS; if SCOTUS grants a writ of certiori, that allows for discovery, then the illegal kenyan must provide his original birth certificate or go back to his hut in kenya.

NWhunter,

I will politely disagree with your assessment.   I think this particular suit is the only one with sufficient standing to survive the legal process.    A writ of certiriorari will allow for the discovery process, and BO will have to submit his original long-form birth certificate, or he can also be served with a federal subpoena requiring production of said document.  If he refuses, it is possible he can be impeached for obstruction of justice and possibly tried in the Senate.    This may be best opportunity to remove him from office, if not eligible for service.  I wonder if it could also be basis to remove Biden.

I am no lawyer, so we must watch this case.

Junior1942. I don't see you jumping to the defense of the liberal messiah.

ST762
He doesn't need my defense, and he isn't a/the messiah.  He's just an American who was born in Hawaii to an American woman and an African man.  This new lawsuit is simply someone's new way to make money off the birthers.

In my opinion, Obama should countersue the birthers for defamation of character or slander, etc.  I suspect he eventually will.  Start saving for a legal defense, ST762.

Birther = bandwidth waster.

Why has he sealed all of his records then???? If this were GW Bush or another republican president sealing their records liberals would be screaming bloody murder about it but we are talking about the one the great messiah so its no big deal to block any access to his past

One thing to remember about this.  Obama went toe to toe with the Clintons in the primary.  He was literaly standing between the Clintons and the White House.  Now love 'em or hate 'em, you gotta believe the Clintons are not pushovers.  If there was anything that could have disqualified Barry-O and handed Mrs Clinton the Democratic nomination in '08 you better believe they would have found it and used it.  His surviving an all out proctoscoping by the Clinton's army of invesigators is the best arguement I've heard in favor of his US citizenship.  It's the best proof I've heard because he has indeed spent MILLIONS burrying all traces of his past.

The mass media hasn't done any back checking of his life, but the Clinton '08 campaign surely did.

Junior1942, if Obama filed a countersuit with everyone who disagreed with him and called him names, he would be tied up in court the rest of his life.  GWB was called all kinds of names by the left and has not sued a single person.    You may want to look that up, as well as the facts about your favorite politicos and the ravages they have done to our healthcare system with the Obamacare bill.  You can start by reading the bill and watching the footage of the vote.  You can then hear my quote from Nancy Pelosi.

Powderman and jwilliams,  I honestly think that the DNC threw Hilleary under the bus to clear the way for bo's nomination.  The bribe was making her SoS in the new regime.    Since then, she has kept a reduced profile and let the Anointed One make a spectacle of himself.   As the One's numbers continue to drop, Hilleary becomes a more viable candidate.

Powderman,  any arguments heard by SCOTUS (if heard at all) would not be until the time of the 112th Congress.  The Speaker of the House will be John Boehner.   If bo and VP Biden were removed due to bo's ineligibility, Boehner becomes President and a new Speaker is elected.    This is a established by Presidential Succession Act of 1947, as well as 20th and 25th Amendments.

Junior, you can look that law up as well.

Do you think it was part of Soros' plan to make Hawaii a state two years before he was born?

Crusty,

I have serious doubts about Soros and the Aloha Connection mentioned in your post, but it would make a pretty neat trick if he did, don't you think?

Are you aware of the fact that the video which shows Obama's grandmother saying he was born in Kenya was heavily edited to make her seem like she said that?  Of course you are, but facts don't matter.

To swampy: John Boehner even looks and acts like a Nazi.  If he were ever unelected--please God!--he could have a new career playing Nazis in WWII movies.  But he wouldn't be acting!

He has NOT spent millions.  Stop believing right wing spin, PM.  They lie!  He has blocked access to his Harvard records, and spent money doing it, but I suspect it's because of an embarrassing sophomoric misdeed of some sort.  He has allowed access to his certificate of birth/birth certificate TWICE.  AND IT'S THE ONLY KIND OF CERTIFICATE HAWAII ISSUED AT THE TIME OF HIS BIRTH.

Again, this discussion is a waste of bandwidth, and this forum is low on bandwidth.

You would think that the Supreme Court would fast track this issue. However as long as we continue the procedure of appointing federal judges and supreme court justices to lifetime appointments they have nothing to lose my their inaction. Our supreme court is supposed to interpit the laws and apply them to the cases on their docket. In recent years they have made law in violation of the Constitution, so I wouldn't expect any landmark decision in any case aginst a sitting President.

Junior1942,

Please remove your tinfoil hat.  Boehner is no more a Nazi than Obama is an Islamofascist.   BTW, you may want to get refills on your meds.

Also, a Kenyan birth certificate makes him ineligible to serve as President.   Brush up on American Civics.
