I know some think that Obama is a Muslim plant. Well... I have learned that Pope John Paul II removed his shoes and prayed at the Umayyad Mosque in 2001 - maybe he was a muzzie plant, too? He did call for peace & cooperation between Jews, Christians, & Muslims.... what's that all about? Here's what he said:

Christianity is a faith of peace and tolerance.   Yes, the appeasers will point to the Crusades and call Christians butchers.   Muzzies are butchers, too.  In fact, their sacred Qur'an issues the command (you can do a search for the original post).   Jews and Christians (you know, Zionists) have no such commandment in their holy books.    It is no surprise that the Pope made overtures of goodwill to the Muslims, it is a deed of faith; Christians are required to make such gestures.    I know many Muslims from where I work, and many Jews.  We all live in harmony and accord; we may disagree on faith issues, but we hold no grudges.

I will issue a challenge to the Zionist haters.  Show us a genuine picture of an Imam kissing the Holy Bible.

  That pope seemed to be a pretty nice old boy, and downright sociable. From what I saw of him, I figured him to be a right, decent sort. I would liked to have shared a pot of coffee with him.
   There's nothing wrong with asking for peace and forgiveness between the various peoples. We should keep in mind (involving ourselves also), that even God only forgives those who ask for it !

    As far as salvation being open to the Imams (unless they convert)..the pope was just wrong (IMO). He should refer back to our standard before making pronouncements:

I never said that a person who goes to church is a Christian; in fact, I hold the opposite position.  Churches are breding grounds for arrogance and hypocrisy.   I am not affiliated with any church.  I talk to my LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ on a daily basis.

As for Islam, the Qur'an does mandate that those persons who will not convert to Islam, by choice or coercion, must be put to death.   I have previously posted the Qur'anic verses in support of that position.

I challenged those persons here who support Islam, or just bash the Zionist religions, to show an Islamic leader kissing the Bible or Talmud.  No photographic evidence has been produced by this group.

I only call a religion for what it is, not necessarily the people who practice said religion.

  Yep; just a quote of Scripture...but go ahead and read the entire chapter if you haven't already done so. When I said I thought John Paul II was "decent sort of guy", I was talking about what he appeared to be as a person; not that I agreed with his theology. I think JP II would have been a fun guy to share a pot of coffee with..this new guy the replaced him with..just may be another matter (he appears to be a 'sourpuss". 
   I don't look to any Scriptural "comisar" to tell me what to believe...the Bible itself is a fine arbiter of doctrine.
