   Mohamed Osman Mohamud... a Somali born Southern Baptist (Couldn't have been a Muslim, since they don't do those things) , was arrested while attempting to kill and injure hundreds at a Christmas tree lighting celebration.

  Seeing how S. Baptists go stark raving mad over the sight of a Christmas tree and want to avenge their insulted prophet, the FBI played along with this nutcase after intercepting his E-mails messages to overseas terrorists. If the FBI did not have access to the E-mails by the patriot act..likely many would have been killed and wounded.
  We don't know what overseas terrorists he was consulting with, however since no Southern Baptist terror cells have been uncovered overseas..the authorities are taking a second look at Mormon missionaries in the middle east. Thusfar however, no Mormon terror cells have been unearthed.

As a southern baptist who used to live with Somalis in the Horn, and learned the language ... there is a very old Somali proverb that goes "to be a Somali is to be a Muslim." You will find it spray painted on walls in Mogadishu, et al. No Somali on the planet would read an article about a Somali caught in the middle of a terrorist act and not intrinsically understand that the perpertrator is a Muslim.

I thought his comment about Oregon to be particularly interesting. Even an untrained would-be terrorist understands a soft target.
