      I should hope nobody goes to jail for "bad thoughts"... as in "hate crimes"...
  I would opine however, that if this young man goes to jail it won't be so much for HAVING bad thoughts, as for ACTING UPON those bad thoughts.

tm #1. This godless piece of scum had been having these bad thoughts since he was 15 years old. He had planned bad thoughts for over 4 years, and to think some moron made him a citizen. Making muslims citizens should STOP, period, and don't let anymore in. You seem to think that this worthless punk should not be tried or go to jail for just, bad thoughts, because he didn't get to kill anybody. He should be under the jail, not in it. POWDERMAN.
