Howa 1500

I picked up a Howa 1500 walnut stock in 270 at pawn shop for $400.00 otd has 3x9x40 nikon prostaff on it,how did i do?

You did fine on that purchase.  It should be a good setup.  Not the best glass out there, but far from the worst.  It'll certainly work.  Give us a range report when you get time to get to the range with it.
