I own one, and use it as a paperweight. Broke it after about 4 range trips adjusting the elevation back and forth between distances. Instead of getting it fixed/replaced with another BSA piece of junk I just kept the scope and considered myself schooled up. I broke another BSA on the .22 that I bought used as a package. So, 0-2 for me on BSAs. I do use it for comparrison testing as far as clarity/contrast/brightness comparrisons between cheap scopes.
Buy once cry once. If the cost is cheap, generally the workmanship is as well.
