Pro Baseball player Luke Scott calls out Obama on citizenship.

http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/blog/big_league_stew/post/Answer-Man-Luke-Scott-talks-Nugent-hunting-and?urn=mlb-292970

By David Brown the Answer Man

Baltimore Orioles slugger Luke Scott(notes) stopped by baseball's winter meetings Tuesday and, after some harmless chatter about his team's offseason dealings, stated with conviction that President Barack Obama was not born in the United States.

Oh, yes, he did. Scott's opinion about the president's birthplace — while certainly not unique — was a stunning climax to a friendly and frank 20-minute Answer Man session that spanned his enthusiasm for baseball, hunting, firearms, personal responsibility and smaller government.

"[Obama] was not born here," Scott asserted to Answer Man in the session's last segment. "That's my belief. I was born here. If someone accuses me of not being born here, I can go — within 10 minutes — to my filing cabinet and I can pick up my real birth certificate and I can go, 'See? Look! Here it is. Here it is.' The man has dodged everything. He dodges questions, he doesn't answer anything."

All the obamination has to do is prove his citizenship if he'd tired of getting beaten. I'm sure he's had plenty of time and spent enough money to buy forged documents and buy witnesses. POWDERMAN.  :D :D

Good one!  ;D  Ain't no dead horse ever been beat as much as the birth certificate horse.  Normally rational people--if a racist is rational--ignore solid evidence and rejected court cases and keep on keeping on the birth issue.  It's a virus of the mind, I have decided.

I really wish I could find the link of the newspaper article that starts off with, kenyan born barack obama elected to US senate. Kenyan newspaper. But without the link, heck, even if I could find and post the link, the die hard nay sayers wouldn't change their tune.  I guess I'll just keep using my trusty stand by saying, "If it mattered, it would be different".

people are failing to see just how big of an issue this really is!
And not just the birth certificate, but renouncing and never regaining
his citizenship. No one has proven that this idiot is even eligable to
be the president of our country! And true, Millions have been spent
hiding the truth! Dark days for this country in more ways than just skin color!
American Politics at their very worst put this man in office! Never have I seen more
disrespect for the highest office than from this man. Even down to the casual
clothes he wears and the trashy way his wife dresses. I hate looking at either of them!
Absolutely will not watch them an TV. The moment I see their faces the channel gets changed.
A complete travesty will be the only way history will be able to see this presidency if it is truthful.

Obama’s birth date falls into a time period when the state of Hawaii was issuing birth certificates without proof of actual birth required.

Cabin4, absolutely. S.S. YES indeed.  What people are failing too understand is that he has a certificate of birth from HA. NOT a birth certificate. And YES there IS a difference. There are Two paper articles, both from Kenya, that state kenyan born BHO, has been elected to US senate. His relatives say he was born in kenya, at the time of his birth he was brought to hawaii and his mother left the country. His mother left the country  and did not establish a lengthy enough residence here for her son to meet the requirements of citizen according to the Constitutional amendment at that time. That amendment  has since been repealed. His records from college that has been released shows his nationality as other than US.  Now at first I would not believe that the US executive branch would let such a thing happen, then, I remembered the suggestion by the dems that non citizens should be allowed to run. That is what made my decision to check more into it. I also believe that with the closed mouth response and failure to push the issue by our congress and senate that they have committed treason conspiracy against our nation and had a manchurian candidate installed. Yes I did write my reps and told them so, and accused them of such. They swear to defend our Constitution and what we get from them, is they wipe their arses with it. >:(   >:(

If even half of your claims were even half true, the birther case wouldn't have been thrown out of so many courts.  Including the Supreme Court.  Please note that the conservative judges on the Supreme Court made no comments on the case when they threw it out.  Doesn't that fact--fact!--make a light come on for you?  Please explain why you and many others insist on ignoring mountains of evidence refuting your claims.  Is it, as I've suggested, a mind virus?  Or is it, as I suspect, racism?

Although there may be doubt that Obwana is actually qualified to be President, that doesn't make any difference in what is happening to this country.  The people elected a Dumocrat.  Dumocrats do what they do; they tax and spend and spend and tax and try their best to kill the private sector.  They also expand every entitlement and bureaucracy in sight.  They also do not feel constrained to follow the Constitution.  So you get what you get when a Dumocrat sullies the White House--or for that matter, the seats of Congress.  There's nothing new here, it's just the way it is.

HUMMMMM--it is not necessary to make up lies/falsehoods to discredit this President-- I am fairly convicted that he is legitimate born---but all you have need do to understand that he is the poorest President since Grover Cleveland is to watch what he does and says---these days--doesn't say.
I don't really care what color he is---he could be a blond Arian---the guy is a hopeless case of inability and lacking any sense, common or learned.

I would like to see someone follow up on the claim by the Kenyan Airport that his mother was denied a boarding pass to the US because of her advanced state of pregnancy.
It was reported that they said they were afraid she would go into labor in flight and would not let her fly until after he was born.
Some time later she came to Hawaii and filed his birth and got his papers.
This needs to be checked out.
It would go a long way on proving once and for all where THE LIAR IN THE WHITE HOUSE was born.

Were you in a coma during the Bush II administration?  Substitute "Rebublican" for "Dumocrat" in your statement, and you have the actual truth of the situation today.  I remind you of two Bush statements: (1) "Outsourcing jobs is good for business." Junior'42, YOU suspect I'm Racist?? The most defining answer you will receive from anyone on that topic, is from my mixed race, mulatto grandson. One who calls me racist  does so without merit and as a liar.  Further, if you read my post thourghly you would have read where I mentione after reading as much as I could about it, BOTH sides< I felt the the evidence reported was enough for me to formulate that opinion. IF your opinion after reading contrary information leans one way or the other thats fine, this is a topic that you and I will disagree on, no biggie.

pass lake, I will not dislike his performance as president because I do not believe he is qualified to be such. YOU can be born where you like, I will not care unless a situation comes up that I need to care.  I have been hit with too many baseballs, never in the head, through alot of years coaching. Although coaching felt alot of times like a baby sitting service for neglected irresponsible kids......... Where did you say you grew up at......... Oh Wisconsin, never mind.

Maybe, just maybe, before he got elected, if it was proven that he was born in Kenyan, he wouldn't have got as far as he did. As of right now, you will never get anyone of any authority, to push the issue. If someone, somewhere  pushed this into the forefront, and actually got the Supreme Court and/or congress to REALLY investagate this matter, the civil unrest would make the '68 riots look like a high school fist fight. Nobody, but nobody, wants to open up that can of worms right now.
I can garauntee you, the powers that could make this right, are going to let it be. They know what the black population would do, if it was to be announced that O would be kicked out because he isn't a natural born citizen.
As far as my opinion, he's not a citizen. If he was, as stated earlier, he wouldn't have spent so much time and money,(not his I sure), to hide it. If he was, he's be waving it under our noses, just to prove us wrong. I think were in still for a whole bunch of unrest in this country. Just a matter of time. gypsyman

I said Hawaii, not Wisconsin. Each state has different requirements for getting a birth certificate or a certificate of birth. They are different documents and require a different standard to meet. It is true that Hawaii had very relaxed requirements for a period. It was during this period that Obama got his.

He did apply as a foreign student for college and received financial aid. So he is either lying about his birth place or lying about being a foreigner. Either way he is a liar. I’m not 100% convinced he was or was not US born. It is an open question for me. The fact that the Supreme court would not hear the case is not a signal that he is US born. It simply means they decided not to hear the case. The fact that there was enough evidence to take this to the Supreme court should be enough for us to question the validity of his birth status. If I was president and by birth status was questioned to the point that it went to the Supreme court for review, I think I would come out of the wood work with the proof. Instead, Obama is ignoring the issue. This behavior of his is very suspicious.

If the Prez was truly sick and tired of this conspiracy he could publicly, openly, and adamantly assert that he was born in the State of Hawaii at "such and such" date and time.  I know that I would want the American people to believe in me and trust me if I was in that office.  Without an open and serious admission directly from the Prez's mouth to the American people this issue is kept alive more vehemently.  Does anyone know if he openly declares himself a "natural born citizen" of the United States?  I know that if he clearly stated he was a "natural born citizen" that wouldn't be enough to convince all (or maybe not even most), however it is the first step towards addressing this issue directly.  If he is silent on this issue from the public record he has refused to take even the first step and makes all naysayers words more effective and reasonable than his silence.  If someone accuses me of not being a U.S. citizen I have witnesses as well as a birth-certificate stating my birth in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  I grew up in the state of Texas where I still reside and there are tons of easily verifiable data to prove it. Though my Native Texan friends/family say I'm a foreigner because of my "birth state", nonetheless I am a "natural born" U.S. Citizen who ran to Texas as fast as I could.  The Prez's silence though causes the argument against his citizenship not to cease but to remain like an infected ulcer.

Good job, Luke!!  I do not think that there is a birth certificate for him showing US birth.   Some states are passing legislation requiring the ORIGINAL long-form certificate to be put on the presidential election ballot within the state.  Hopefully, we can get enough states to do this to make the O a one-term wonder.
