Dispatching Skunks
« on: December 12, 2003, 12:06:18 PM »
Anybody here use the syringe pole method of dispatching skunks??

I started using this method this year and couldn't believe how easy it is and the skunk don't spray, that leaves my trap a whole lot cleaner and makes for a better remake.
I've also been extracting the essence, I've got just a touch over 4 ounces so far.
Talk about some tough stuff, you gotta be real careful with it.....B.....

B,when I was doing adc work in the cities,I did use the syringe .Never had one spray.Even came home one day with 7 coon and 1 skunk riding shotgun in the back of my truck. My wife considered this amazing, and wanted to take a picture of my riders.I told her she better not,I was afraid everyone would get exited and the skunk might spray.  Tom
