Has anyone used federal fusion, if you have whats your opinion, and post pics of the animals you hav etaken with fusion.

I tried them in my Remington 7400 auto in .30-06 at the range. My rifle didn't like them much as I couldn't get better than a 4" group from them. So, I never hunted with them.

It depends on what caliber you are shooting and at what kind of animal. I would assume that if the caliber, load and animal were matched appropriately, they would perform quite well.

My son shot 2 doe thisyear with 95 gr. Fusions from my Rem 742 .243. We had someone take the first doe before we recovered it, but the second one went all of 15-20 yards, and turned the shoulder into jelly. The Fusions were the best shooting ammo out of the .243, but about 1 1/2" was the best I could get with them at 100 yards.

ok thanks, and if you ever want to change 243 bullets, i use hsm from cabelas. 100grain soft points, put 10 deer down and they fall hard. Anyway i was going to try them in a 25-06

Been using Fusion for years. I use 180 grain 308 in my deer rifle and they just plain work. For the price they are very hard to beat.

I have'nt been able to reload anything that comes close to how they shoot out of my 7600 308.
