Recoil calc for me?

Does anyone know of a chart or can do the calc on the recoil from my:
5.25 # H&R
Smooth 'Buck' barrel, cyl. bore
12ga.
2 3/4" / 1 oz. / 1600fps Foster rifled slug

Call me a wimp, but the thing is a beast offhand; I wont even try it on the bench!

Hey, Thanx Larry; thats a neat little calc a lator! Quick and easy.
I thought about 40ft.lb. of recoil and it calc'ed 43 with that 1oz, with a 1.25 at 1500fps it went 53! OMG!
Yep, its verified, it is a beast.....now Im thinkin' a better recoil pad, mercury recoil suppressor, PAST recoil pad on my shoulder...........
