I have two plastic cases that were made for arrows. Found some hard foam that fit in them. Cut one hole to match the frame and 3 holes to match a 14" barrel with a scope. With the barrel holes cut like that you can put a 10" or 14" barrel with or without a scope in each of the 3 barrel holes. With the two cases I can get 2 frames and 6 barrels to the range fairly easy and that usually keeps me content for an afternoon.
I also have two of the retangular T/C cases that hold 2 barrels plus a frame with a barrel. Also have the triangular T/C case that holds one frame and barrel and an extra barrel. I really like these cases too, the hard cases just protect the guns better.
Good thing I have never been robbed going to the range.
Of course since I have moved the range is in my backyard.
