I have two Encore .45 caliber rifles, one in each finish. The stainless has a land-to-land of about .449 while the blued is .451 . To answer your question, yes and no. :-) I've yet to find a conical the tighter bore likes but the larger one shoots White PowerPunch 360 grain bullets pretty well.
You need to determine your land to land and also whether your rifling is nice and smooth or has some of the "waviness" as was in one other Encore ml barrel I encountered. If your bore is good, look for a conical in the 300-360 range that is at or maybe .001 under the land-to-land and give them a whirl.
