haveing trouble with grouping my .223 remington 700 bdl varmint barrell. i usually shoot out of the driver side in my pickup,i shoot left handed, i can do alright but cant seem to hold it steady. on sand bags not good either. i shot today and i shot to the left and i noticed after i shot my gun was pointing to the left. i think its all me. any advice out there?

Your body might be fighting against itself.  Try getting into your shooting position and sight on your target, then close your eye(s) and open again and see if you are still on target.  

If you are off target adjust your body position so that you remain on target after closing and opening your eyes.

well shot some today did alot better. about 50 yards, 4 shots covered with a penney.didnt get to really try it at 100 yet.i think i just need to practice more,some of it is still me. at 50 yards it shot 1 inch high,what should it shoot at 100 yards? remington .223 varmint barrell,55 grain hornady v-max,varget powder,26.0 grain

W/O having to pull the books out, how fast is it a trucking?  Formulas I use I also need the sight height also.  Someone else may be able to pull it out quicker but I can't
