It would help if you didn't go running towards the cop with your gun waving around. Just saying. ;D

There are no "good guys" in a shooting call. Stating you have a CCW means nothing. Follow responding person's commands. No more and no less. Until facts are known everyone is a subject for everyone's safety.

Where would one wear this badge ? If the purpose is to not let the general public know you are armed why would you want to wear a sign telling the world ? I guess it could be kept in a pocket with your Johnny Quest decoder ring and lone Ranger signal mirror

Exactly! Our CCW authorization is just CCW Until, and the date it expires in red on the top right of our driver's license. Or on a state non-driver ID That is what was recommended by my instructor. The clerk at the Jiffy Mart that asks for your ID for something doesn't need to know you carry. Also if your license is held by a LEO for bond because of a traffic violation, you still have your CCW. I keep mine in a section of my wallet that is closed when I get a credit card, DL, or any other ID out.

Rather than a CCW badge, just put a neon sign over your head saying "MALL NINJA"!!!

The guy that made them up, was going "Happy Times $$$$$$$$" thinking about all those dummies that would buy something so stupid to carry.  If your not a COP do not carry a badge!
