$100 equals craptastic injection molded plastic.
Even the cheaper B&C aftermarket stocks with some fiberglass and aluminum bedding blocks come in at over twice that price. You can get some pillar bedded stocks (Hogue comes to mind) for around the $100 mark, but beware that the barrel channel can contact the barrel changing your harmonics.
I've owned stocks from B&C, H-S Precision, Manners and McMillan. I'll not own a B&C again, but can vouch for the other three, especially the Manners and McMillan. Price though is considerably more.
Buy once cry once is my look at it. Both of these companies make lightweight and customiseable stocks.
