scope question
« on: December 25, 2010, 06:26:45 AM »
I picked up a used simmons aetec 2.8X10X44mm master series.  How can I tell if this is a rifle or shotgun scope?

It would have 5 plus inches of eye relief and I doubt that a scope that goes to 10X is a shotgun scope.  Larry

It's a considered a Rifle scope.

But aside from eye relief would work on what ever you put it on sans a spring air gun.
