QUESTION, CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE BORE DIAMETER OF A CVA OPTIMA PRO .45 ? THANKS IN ADVANCE

Welcome to the forum. The CVA forum gets some traffic but not alot. The mod should be along to answer your question as he seems very knowledgeable. I don't own a CVA muzzleloader but just purchased a CVA centerfire rifle. The CVA centerfire rifles don't seem to draw the interest that the NEF/H&R gather and answers to questions seem non existant. The new Scout centerfire is in 7mm-08 and once up and running, I plan to do a complete review on it as most gun stores don't stock this rifle. I purchased mine sight unseen.

I looked at the Scout and was quite pleased with it.  It's a small package but would make an excellent pickup gun or pack gun.  I expect I will end up with one but my Apex will be 7-08 so I'll look at a different caliber for it.  I think a .243 would be a great caliber for this small package.

At any rate, I'll look forward to your review.
