Thanks for the kind words Freezer. I sprayed the base color and then used a 1 inch sponge brush with the tip cut off to dap the two pattern colors at random. I cut the bottom off a water bottle to spray the pattern colors into a little at time and then daped the brush in it. You might want to use an old board to play with the paint a little to get the feel of what you want to do. I did the metal and wood seperate. Make sure you mask off any metal prts you do not want paint in.The butt plate, pistol gripe cap and forearm tip are made out of some tigger wood flooring. When done with the paint I put a coat of clear coat on. If you wanted you could use a board to play around with and get an idea has to what you want to do. This was my first atempt at this, so heck go for it.
