Factory annealed brass, would you re-anneal?

Dear Sirs and Ma'ams,
i have some new factory hornady 9.3x74R brass (unprimed) and the case mouth and shoulder have clearly been annealed- they are visibly discolored.

If I want to fireform them out to make a 450 MONGO case (q.v.); would you recommend I re-anneal them?  or are they good to go as is?

This is a "cope out" until I find the right thread.  In the mean time, navigate to this link:  http://www.lasc.us/Brennan_6-2_CartridgeCases.htm and then down that page to the following "Chapter":  How to anneal cartridge cases:

I will continue to search for the link that attests to BOILING cases for LONG CASE LIFE and NO NECK SPLITS. Can't find it.  If somebody knows, post it up.

If they are already annealed, they're already as soft as they're gonna get.
Re-annealing will gain nothing until after they get work hardened again. It's my humble opinion that one fire forming blowout is not enough to warrent re-annealing,

Sorr, all.  What I meant was:  I know how to anneal them (tempilaq/propane torch, slow by hand one-at-a-time, method); I was wondering if there would be any need or benefit to taking them as-is and fireforming them, or if i should anneal them again myself before fireforming?

They are already as soft as their going to get. you will gain nothing by annealing again .
