Yep, by his reelection he was free to turn his generals loose to continue to use the industrial might of the north to continue murdering civilians in the south.

If you read the civilian deaths thread you will find Confederates murdering civilians in the south.

subdjoe I guess Lincolns answer to getting in the WH and then staying for a second term was to kill off all who opposed him. ;D
