Matt's article reminds me of a report that I read 2 years ago, by a Russian economics professor, predicting the break up of the USA into 5 seperate countries, after an economic caused downfall. I hope he is wrong, but, all the rest of his predictions(economic) have been spot on.

It would appear that the Exec Order referenced in the article Matt posted would be setting the conditions for 10 separate member "states" in the north american union, not just 5. And the trigger to invoke that scenario is determined by FEMA, who has the domestic charter for disasters, natural, CBRN, and civil/social. All it takes is a vague but easily digested by the majority justification to invoke a national state of emergency, and you'll have 10 regions.

I realize most folks don't pay attention to words like I do, but the concept of "setting conditions" has become like bread and butter in our military vernacular, as its been pushed on us by the most recent administrations. "Setting the conditions" for security, stable government, open elections, etc. The hard part is "setting conditions" is unspecified. It is however usually the key-phrase in any mission statement. So anything that can be accepted by someone as an activity that sets conditions is fair game, legal or otherwise. I wonder what we're setting the conditions for in the US these days?

I've never worn a tinfoil hat, and I'm not planning to now, but that doesn't mean there's no such thing as a plan.

There is a lot of different scenarios and therories being thrown around today. It seems that the ones I've heard about, including parts of Matt's post, all have some connecting threads of the all the others in them. None of them good for America.

If the Russian prediction that Hermit posted about is the same one I heard, the five parcels that the US would be divided into, would all be claimed/owned/controled by different countries.  Russia, China, Mexico, Canada, Japan.

I'm open for correction here, but I believe the ten member deal actually started with the Bible prophecy about the ten horns in The Revelation.
There are several variations of it. Some prophecy experts have speculated that in the "new world order", the ten horns represent ten controlling nations.
The latest version that I've heard about the "ten horns" is that some controlling group like the Bilderbergs, (I think?), have a plan to divide the planet into ten territories with leaders for each one. And they all answer to one person. "The Beast" of The Revelation.  ??

Like I said, most of the scenarios out there have connecting threads or are variations of one another.....Take your pick!

As for me, I believe in at least some part of most of the ones I've heard. But I'm not sold completely on any. Any good conspiracy theory has at least some truth in it.
I believe there are some absolutes and that is why most of the scenarios have commonalities.

I think I will just watch and wait and leave plenty of room for the sovereignty, grace, and mercy of God.

       Here is the chart from the DNC which "targets" certain Republicans in certain states.  I believe it only means 'target' in the sense of trying to win that seat away in an election and I never thought otherwise for one moment.  I would have to be a DUPNIK to believe that !

     So, as you try to claim something sinister on Sarah's part, all I can say is ..."don't be a DUPNIK"

   The only thing you can accomplish by throwing in with the anti-gun crowd, is to give them more credibility..so please, don't be a DUPNIK ! !

   Fact is, Matt may be closer to the truth than many of us like to think.  Shooting a Democrat senator a a 'sacrificial lamb' to cover the assassination of the troublesome federal judge..  This particular Democrat wasn't a complete sellout to Obama anyway..she didn't toe his line 100% of the time as it is.

I sure hope that someone will submit the new term, "dupnik", to Webster's Dictionary for admission into the official dictionary.
I'm sure it will at least turn up on wikipedia with a concise definition and a brief history of it's origin and namesake.
It would be the perfect way to memoralize Sheriff Dupnik!!   

Speaking of being a dupnik, another theory is that the Sheriff was shooting off his mouth to draw attention away from his and his offices' failure to do something about Loughner before he killed. Loughner's mother works for the county. There is some evidence that maybe Loughner got more than one break with the law. Maybe because mommy had some influence or just a good ole boy favor for a long time fellow county worker?

  I think I got robbed !  Just about an hour ago Bill O'Reilly read an E-mail which suggested he change his "pinheads & Patriots" segment to Dupniks & Patriots..   I am sure though that I am not the only one to make the connection...

   Now, if I really wanted to be a DUPNIK..I would say that those blue things on the DNC graphic are actually missles aimed at the Republican candidates mentioned...and the DNC doesn't even care how much 'collateral damage' they produce with those missles !  .. But, no way I want to be a DUPNIK !

         ....Besides the whole thing is coming full circle.  Now everyone except the Kool-Aid drinkers can see how the progressives lie, slander or do anything to make political capital.  If they ever do have a good case, the public may not believe them (as the boy who cried "wolf" too often..).

I saw another O'Reilly email that said don't be a dupnik the other day.
The first reference to dupnik as being discriptive of someone was a few days ago on another forum.
Some are really pushing for it to become a mainstream term for people acting like the Sheriff.
I like it!

Showing the maps that you and I have posted doesn't make us dupniks. It is just an example of the hypocrisy of the dupniks using Palin's map and the speech of others as an excuse to attack them over nothing. To, as you said, gain political capitol and smear someone's good name. Not to mention doing the same thing that they are accusing the right of. As seen by the death threats that are surfacing at Palin. And the victim of the shootings, (who lives in the Sheriff's county), who is in custody for voicing a death threat to a TP leader in public.
And then of coarse there is the gun control issue.

Maybe we could change their name from Democrats to Dupniks!

The way things are going, you can't even use the work "shootout" to describe a high scoring ballgame, or use "trigger happy", or "aim straight", or "going off half-cocked", or "missing the mark", or "focusing in" on something.  Lots of gun or archery terms used in everyday language.  Others or like a comedian saying "I knocked um dead", or "I killed them",  or knife terms like, "cut to the core".  Smart people should know the difference.  However there is another problem.  The judge who was killed had said Obama's try at taking over pensions and 401-k programs was unconstitutional.  Now he is dead, mmmm.  I think the judge was the target.  I think it would be easy for someone to manipulate a mentally off person to killing someone, and they end up killing more than just the one they want eliminated, but other innocents.
