I sure hope the folks in Pima County wake up and figure out what a sorry excuse they have for a Sheriff.

The papers are already saying he might get the death sentence. I certainly hope so. I just hope that it doesn't take 10 years to carry out a sentence like that. He was taken prisoner at the scene, no doubt that he did it. Fair trial, ok. 50 witness's, caught at the scene with the gun in his hand, seems fair to me that he should be executed. And, with that, I'm going to start a different thread on this matter. gypsyman

Sarah is for more liberty than the libs. Obama can use fighting words and noone says anything. Sarah uses gun terms like getting someone in your sites and she is condemed. People use gun terms all the time, like going off "half cocked", "focusing in on", "cocked and locked", etc, etc. The guy, if you saw his picture, is a mental case. Also, the sheriffs department in Arizona knew about this guy. He had been threatening others in the county. The sheriff told them not to file charges as someone kin to him worked with the county. If charges had been filed earlier, he would not have been allowed to buy a gun. The sheriff was just trying to deflect things away from his department who knew about this guy all along.

Every time I think of a case of justice not being served. I think of Travaglia and Lesko, who murdered four people in 1979, the last being a local town policeman, who they urged to chase them by driving back and forth past him while he was doing traffic surveillance. The cop pulled them over and they shot him. A state policeman who investigated the case, said it was the worst homicide case he had ever seen. They were convicted of all four murders, and sentenced to death. There was not a shadow of doubt that they committed the crimes. Then came appeal after appeal, and 30 plus years later justice has still not been served.

So if this guy does get the death sentence, don't be surprised if he just hangs out in jail soaking up tax payers money.

And what's even more sickining is, I hear the nutcase bloggers and others are saying Palin should be killed over this mess that she had nothing to do with in the first place. So the lefts' false accusations and ranting have caused the same situation that they were accusing the Tea Party, Palin, Beck, Limbaugh, O'Reilly and Bachman of creating.
I don't know of any better word to describe their behavior than, insanity.
