Handi Rifle in .223 Remington

I tell you, these Handi Rifles are multiplying like rabbits !  Its a disease I tell you !

With all that said, I have a Handi Rifle coming in this week chambered for the .223 Remington.  The question that begs the answer is:  

Can I use 5.56 ammo in the Handi Rifle ?
