Dropped a nice buck at over 300 yards with the 257(very flat shooting) and the 223 Ai puts most all shots in a cloverleaf at 100 yards,if I do my part..havent tried it on live targets yet.. ;D

Your rifles look great! Congrats. I am glad to see others using the Savage/Stevens actions as a platform for custom rifles.
I have done the following:

Stevens 200 257 Roberts Savage sporter take-off 22" barrel SSS trigger Boyd's laminated stock
Savage 10 250/3000 Savage sporter take-off 22" barrel SSS trigger B&C Carbelite stock
Savage 12fv 220 Swift E R Shaw varmint weight 26" barrel SSS trigger B&C Duramaxx stock.
All wear Nikon glass.

One Hole,
Check www.stevespages.com and www. ACCURATERELOADING.com These in addition to the #5 Sierra manual
will give you an abundance of data. When you start load development be sure to try RL15. I have tried IMR4064,
Varget, H414 and RL15 out shines them all in both of my 250AI's.
GOOD LUCK and GOOD SHOOTING!!!
