H&R customer service
« on: January 13, 2011, 07:01:45 AM »
Just got off the phone with H&R to order a fore end spacer and screws.  The guy on the phone took my info and then informed me there would be no charge.  Nice touch these days ;D.  I didn't need the parts due to failure of the old one, I dropped it while cleaning and broke it.  Great service.

Good to hear!
I hope I get that CSR if I have to call about something.

When I get good customer service from a rep I ask the rep to connect me to his manager. Tell the manager about the reps fine service and the Companies appreciated service.
