I recently purchased a 7X30W in 21". Compared to my full length rifles, the distance between the studs for sling attacment is much shorter. It seems that a standard size sling would look goofy and be cumbersome on a compact rifle.
Who makes a smaller nylon sling for the Contender carbine? Do I just use a standard size sling and cut off the extra strap?
