barrel question

  A friend has a .22 mag ultra and wants to fit a .50 cal muzzleloader barrel to it.  Will a muzzleloader barrel fit on an SB1 receiver and if so is it safe to do?

A Huntsman barrel will fit on an SB1 frame and H&R will fit them, but the 22 mag uses an SS1 rimfire frame, so it wouldn't fire a shotgun primer.
