Yeah I saw a NIB one on GB today for $1375  :o  ...I passed up on a very nice one at a Gunshow a few years back for $400, wish I would have jumped on it now.

Good guns are getting harder to find at decent prices...sign of the times.

You can send a 30-30 off to Jesse Ocumpaugh and have it rebored to 375, 38-55, 356.
It costs around $225 plus the shipping to him.
There are some Marlin 375's on gunbroker for around 600.
I'm going to send mine off the be rechambered in 356.
God created man, Col. Colt made him equal.

i just picked up one today at a gun show for $400.00 cash.

its about 90% or so , has a base and rings , no scope and still has both factory sites . i really doubt its ever been hunted with , shot very little from its looks just not properly stored or treated .

got 2 boxes full of shells with it , 1 of each grain weight.

Good find minker!  Plain 30-30's in worse shape are bringing 300-350 around here.  I'd say ya got a screamin deal, plus ammo.  DP

DP, yes it was a bargain , he started out at $575 ( which wouldn't have been a bad price with ammo ) . i looked at it 3 times , each time he dropped the price on his tag. i came back just before i left and he said he'd take 4 and throw in the ammo .

there were lots of bargains there if you had cash , the .375 wasn't the only lever gun i got at bargain price there .

94 win. trapper 30/30 made in 1982 for $250 , bluing on the receiver is faded and spotty , rest of the gun looks like new . those alloy receivers of that vintage do that alot .

stevens visible loading repeater in .22 short for a SONG !

no one would  do any trading on anything , pretty sad

removed the mount and rings from it and its ready to go .
