Savage 2400 Selector Sticking and Trigger problems

Gents,

I just purchased a pair of Savage 2400's.  On one of the guns, the barrel selector button on the trigger sticks and the trigger will not pull.  Any ideas on how to fix?

I had the same problem with my 2400 too--it started when i removed the stock but i couldn't fix it myself so I had to take mine to my smith--he had a time getting it right--i won't be removing the stock again

Did you take the stock off and look at the action?
