pellets for low fps

what pellets would you use for a low fps pellet gun. my bro got one for his birthday and he wants to go hunting. i know that crow magnums work well in higher valocity rifles. what kind of pellets would u rec









P.S. its a 664gt crossman 725 fps or 700 fps one of the two

I use Crow Magnum pellets in both of my Crosman 1377C pistols.  They work just fine.  If he is worried about penetration then tell him to get pointed or doomed pellets as they do penetrate better.  Go to http://home.hiwaay.net/~ispellan/PelletTest02.html and check out the test reports there.  Lawdog

Best results in my pump guns pistols are with #2 die CPL's.  My Benjamin 397 loves CPH pellets from Wal Mart.  They are accurate and hit hard.

srry guys the fps is 600 for pellets and 625 for bb's, not 700

I have a quite low powered Beeman R7 in calibre 22 (yep .22 8) ).

It shoots it´s best with Beeman Silver Bears at 12,65 gn at 500 fps.

Nice to hunt magpies and starlings with, out to around 20-25 yards with open sights.

A little humble and wonderful springer with a JM-kit.
