Watched one of those reality shows from the swamps that are so popular these days. They were Gator hunting. In several of the scenes which were supposed to be continuous action, the shooter would have several different guns in his hands. I think in one supposedly continuous scene I saw at least 3 maybe 4 different guns in the hands of the same guy. I really think it was the good old boys having a laugh by making the hollywood types look stupid, which ain't too hard.

See it all the time in the movies. I would just chalk it up to the  hollywierd intelligence of the cutting room floor. But then, in hollywierd its more about loading blanks, or which arms are used in case a scene is physically harmful to guns. Remember in Dances with Woves, when "Sgt Bauer" is at the "river crossing ambush", he fights with a remington revolver but emerges downstream to smack "Smiles Alot" with a colt?

I rarely catch the show but I did last night. If it happened as portrayed some of them Cajun boys aren't too bright. I am referring to the scene where the one guy was going to shoot the gator with a revolver but it went "click", apparently from not loading it first. If I an going gator hunting like they do I would damn sure double check my weapons.

Looked like the Good Ole Boys were living pretty comfortable long term. Hollywood moviemakers do a fine job of makeing themselves look stuped without any help. ear
