Bridger 1.65's and Coyotes

Smaller yote traps, OK I got some areas where there are plenty of dogs ( domestic) and I really don't wanna uae my Bridger 2's or MB 650's so I got some Bridger 1.65's short chains, laminated and 3 swivels anybody got any tips on these, there all night latched, I'm thinking bedded really tight and not quite as much covering anybody got any other ideas????.....B.....

Using the 165 would be just like i use my northwoods 175s offsets.... I use alot of step down sets with these  size traps.  I havent had any toe catches either  but it could come in future.. I use these traps alot in high theft areas...If using the 165 in a reg dirt hole you have to VERY FIRMLY pack dirt all around trap  SOLIDLY except right over trap pan.  You have to guide or make your set so yote steps over yr pan and commits his foot to your trap pan and trap.   Using short chains and three swivels  keeps yote  THERE.  I dont use these traps when it snows and shortly my  cable restraint season is starting and i will be using nonlethal cables and sets.  Good luck and have fun.
