Help needed to find SA grip material.

I am looking for American Buffalo Shin Bone for a SA No.5 Grip Frame custom grips job. My gunsmith has someone to do the grips but it's up to me to find the material.

Google. Gunbroker and Ebay has not yielded anything.

Terry's Bison Ranch in Cheyenne, WY butchers and sells buffalo and buffalo skulls.  I bet if you give them a call they would sell you a shin bone as well.

It seems as if most of the Buffalo leg bones are baked and sold for bones for dogs to chew on.
