Thousands of mostly young people spilled onto the Mall in the frigid air Monday as abortion opponents rallied and heard speakers before their annual march to the Supreme Court.
Catholic high schools, youth groups and colleges were in obvious attendance with their matching sweat shirts and banners, as is the case each year at the March for Life.
Many signs and buttons were evergreen - the kinds you see each year - such as "defund Planned Parenthood," "men regret lost fatherhood" and "I regret my abortion." But this year, with the GOP taking control of the House and seeing gains in the Senate and across state capitols, there was a vibe of reckoning......
