If we are taking a majorly cold winter as a fact that there is no such thing as global warming, than what would you call the hottest summer we have had in a long, long time. There is alot of debate about global warming.Call it what you want; however SOMETHING IS CAUSING THE GLACIERS TO MELT AT AN ALARMING RATE.
But you are wrong,
This is not the hottest summer. There is a lot of flawed data on the gathering of the temeratures. And some of the Global warming sites have moved thier test loactions close to building vents, heating and cooling flues, and othere places to get corupt data. If you look at the average temp, I think the hottest summer was in 1955 followed by 1909 nad 2010 was 5th on the list for the last 100 years. Some say the summer of 1775 was the hottest but we do not have good records. Just in case you did not know in 1775 we did not have factories, cars, and there were less than 20 million people in the East coast.
What really has me is they "global Warming crowd dismisses the SUN in their calculations. There are times when the heat source is greater then other years. Due to activity on the sun as well as the eleptical orbit the earth is in. Some years we are a closer to the earth by only a couple hundred miles But if you move closer to the fire place you get a little warmer.
And while some glaciers are melting there are others in the Southern Hemisphere that are growing at a rate of 1.5 to the melting in the North. Also there has been a contiuneing decline of the Glaciers in the North since the last Ice age. Some years it grows but most often it shrinks and has for the past 12,000 years. I remember in the mid 70's when some of the glaciers grew the fringe group was calliing for a new Ice Age, saying that we were going through another earth cycle.
Now I am not saying that we may not be going through a warming spell. In the 1400's the earth warmed by a couple degrees and crops were easier to grow and caused the Renasiance period where Northern tribes and pricapalities were able to feed them selfes and did not need to go on raids. We may be going through something similar. But definatly not man made.
