Shootall, I'd think a Glock 23, plus a drop-in lone wolf conversion barrel for 9mm, and an AA Target 22 Conversion slide would be a handy "kit". Light, hi-cap, concealable - use 40 when you have it, 9mm when you find it. The 22 Target version is fairly good on a Glock, not Ruger level groups. But even with all that, I think you'd want a hunting pistol along side JIC. A conversion slide is lighter than another gun, unless you go airweight for a 22. I'd feel well covered with just the 627 and a 317.
If you're not looking for trouble, but it comes your way, the ability to break contact quickly is really where having a hi-cap semi-auto in your 2 or 3 handgun collection makes sense. But you gotta be willing and able to move. Keep a 33rd mag in the glock, quickly assault through a flank on an oblique and keep on going for a bit. Only the very well trained will want a second dose of that.
