A Good Day
« on: February 12, 2011, 01:47:48 PM »
Went to the gunshow....I was offered a .50 CVA Hawken in good shape for $100.00 but passed.  There was a like new New Englander in .50 with a new 12 gauge barrel for $350.00 but I passed.  Stopped at a Pawn Shop and bought a nice set trigger .54 Renegade for $189.00.

My first ML was a set trigger .50 renegade from midsouth at $124.13,many years ago. Still have it,but it is almost retired. Lotsa bucks fell to it in Virginia with the 370 gr. maxi-ball. I replaced the square front sight with a bead. Still shoots good.
