Does anyone sell them already cast and ready to shoot?

I found a couple that make some close to what you are asking, but none in 172 gr.  Google may find more if you are willing to dig more than the 5 minutes I spent.  I guess Dry Creek Bullet Works used to make some good ones, but went out of business.
