Perhaps he's down at the election headquarters, helping union thugs  count "hanging chads".   Even if they don't use 'punch cards', it helps to ease the heartbreak.

TM7- Before you mold a new hat out of tinfoil  you should look at the facts and not just the propaganda...

Without those votes Waukesha county would have been way below in voting percentage than it should have been.  Historically Waukesha is one of the highest turnout rates in the country and also extremely conservative.  You liberals just aren't used to loosing in such fashion, and are just looking for another frivolous reason to take it to the courts as usual... :'(

From MJS---
The Brookfield Bombshell -- the sudden appearance of thousands of decisive ballots in the state Supreme Court race – invites all sorts of obvious questions and suspicions about politics and incompetence.

But do the voting figures look “fishy” from a purely numerical standpoint? Are they implausible on their face based on what we know about the turnout history of Brookfield and Waukesha County compared with other places?

Not at first glance.

In the post below, I looked at what the new numbers mean for Waukesha County’s overall turnout picture, and suggested that they actually bring the Waukesha County totals more closely into line with similar nearby counties.

In short, before the “adjustment,” Waukesha County was a big outlier. It showed by far the largest drop-off in turnout between the 2010 race for governor last fall and Tuesday’s judicial race (from about  63% to 37%, for a decline of 26 points). After the adjustment, the drop-off is still one of the biggest in the state (from 63% to 42%), but not freakishly so. The statewide drop-off in turnout rate was 16 points, from 50% to 34%.

But here are some other ways to slice the numbers.

The new figures put the total vote in the city of Brookfield at 14,315. Brookfield has a voting-age population in the 2010 Census of 29,007. (You can find Census data here) So that would make its April 5 turnout equal to 49.4% of voting-age adults.

That number is 15 points higher than the statewide turnout of roughly 34%, but Brookfield is a high-turnout community in a high-turnout county.  Last fall, Brookfield had a rather amazing turnout of 73% of voting-age adults, which was 23 points higher than the statewide turnout of 50% of voting-age adults.

The 49% Brookfield turnout is also higher than the overall turnout in Brookfield's home county, Waukesha, which would equal 42% of voting-age adults using the adjusted returns. That's consistent with what happened last fall, when Brookfield's turnout was about nine points higher than the turnout rate in Waukesha County as a whole.

Nor would a 49% turnout rate in Brookfield be out of line with other upscale communities that have high voting rates, according to calculations based on 2010 census data and the still unofficial voting returns from Tuesday.

The city of Madison turnout was roughly the same as Brookfield’s -- about 49%.

Some Milwaukee County suburbs had higher turnout rates than Brookfield, including Whitefish Bay (59%), Shorewood (51%), Fox Point (56%). Others were lower, such as Wauwatosa (48%) and Franklin (40%).

TM, Nice long story you posted there, trouble is, this was missing from the story.

<<<Also at the press conference, Ramona Kitzinger, a Democratic member of the county board of canvass, agreed with Nickolaus and said they "went over everything and made sure that all the numbers jived up, and they did."

"I'm the Democratic vice chair of Waukesha County, so I'm not going to stand here and tell you something that's not true," Kitzinger said.>>>End of quoted text

So for argument sake let's say Kathy Nicklaus knew all along what she was doing and looked at Brookfields totals and said, Hmmmm, a 7500 vote swing to Prosser, lets not report them to the AP and then see how many votes the left comes up with for the Klopper and sure enough 200+ vote lead for the Klopper after all are declared statewide. Now the re-canvassing begins and The Klopper is gaining a few here and a few there. Winnebago county gains several hundred for Prosser then the Kloppers vote totals are increased until every county is pretty much done with canvassing. All this time Nicklaus, with Kitzinger at her side is checking the math with Brookfields vote totaling zero. Nicklaus is then told on her bathroom break, thru a  message on her super secret Scott Walker decoder ring, that all statewide vote recanvassing is complete and Prosser is down by 130. Upon coming out of the bathroom dressed with her cape with the giant S on the front she calls a news conference and with the Democratic member of county board of canvass along side her, she proceeds to give Prosser the lead. -KLOPP OFF- she declares, and unless the left in Dane county can come up with a forgotten Piggly Wiggly bag of votes someone forgot in the trunk of their Prius, the rule of law candidate,  Prosser wins the whole shootin' match- Game Off- Game Done

Fairly good underhanded plan, wouldn't you agree? ;D ;D ;D

Buckskin:

That's Kitzinger's opinion...maybe she's a dunce, too...(since she's a demo you probably think so anyway). All of this hasn't panned out yet. Your gal, Nicholaus, looks shady...and her past is shady. She appears to be another 'means justify the ends' repubshevik. This Case is still open and time will tell.

Don't you think it is odd that in a repub stronghold they forget to count thousands of votes for their guy after all the hoopla about the Walker coup d'etat, and it centers around this shady clerk, and the number of found votes just happens to put them over the total for a state financed recount...?  Probably not odd for you and kool-aide sippers..."nope...nothing to see here...just move along".... ::) ;) ::) But for the rest of us, we'll see what happens on this deal...

Reminds me of how Boehner won his last election in Ohio...same kind of deal...only mis-reporting begain on the Tee-Vee

..
....TM7
.

Yes I agree, it was a sinister plan hatched by the conservative underground. Ooops can't type now my secret decoder ring is sending me a message directly from Scott Walker telling me what to type here, gotta go. BTW not drinking kool-aid, it's ConservaTang the new drink of Scott Walker followers.

TM7:
So how do see that it played out??? Waukesha County just didn't show up to vote and instead of being in the top % for voters in the state as it has been for ages, and for this important election it just happened to be one of the lowest % of voters?

All the ballets are there for inspection and all will match with the totals.  I think Kitzinger is a dunce and isn't responsible enough for that possition, but that is a different story.  You can't throw out a whole cities votes just because of one irresponsible county rep... If that were the case we probably wouldn't have any votes counted at all.  It is an elected position, believe me there when there is a recount the poop will hit the fan when they go over th 70% of voters from Madison...

I like Billy was too busy working on our family farm to have a cool-aid stand.   Although in the summer I did get up at 4am to pick sweet corn to sell on a roadside stand...

Farm boy myself (dairy)...my Dad also worked another day job, so it was 'up every morning at 3:45 AM'..just to get morning chores done and go to school.  After school, same deal as I started work also.
When I entered the Army shortly after graduation, I remember clearly during basic training hearing many trainees moan at the 4:30-5:00 wakeup call...  Shucks, I wasn't hurting...I was getting an extra hour or better, sack time ! ;)

I came from a family of loggers, and though I also did some farm work, growing up on the southend of a chain saw and dodging sharp sticks in the eye helped shape my adulthood. Now as a semi-retired LTL truck driver I now dodge the state patrol and all the traffic here in Cheeseville.

I am thankful to say that the liberal "giant" has been slayed here in Wisconsin, the silent majority has prevailed to preserve the integrity of the states highest court and will soon get our budget and unions under control! ;D  Votes will be finally be verified today as Milwaukee will get their numbers in on the deadline.  Now it's just up to Clappy if she wants to do a recall with a 7,200 vote deficit. :o

I think he's pretty miffed about what happened in the Supreme Court race.  He's popped in here and there a couple of times but hasn't posted since two hours before the Brookfield bomb was dropped all over the liberals in Madison/Milwaukee...

My wife went to the Tea Party at the Capital today. Said it was pretty cool, aside from the liberals trying to obstruct the speaches.  They were banging drums and tooting their horns, yelling chants.  She said they were especially loud during the National Anthem...  Classless fools...

The Green Bay Press-Gazette is reporting that police are investigating an apparent break-in at the office of the "Recall Dave Hansen" effort. Petitions, a computer and T-shirts were among the items reported stolen, police said. Hansen, a Democratic state senator, is among the lawmakers being targeted in recalls.

More union thuggery trying to keep the peoples voices from being heard. I just wonder if they got time and a half working on a Saturday???

Here is a video of the classless jerks trying to disturb the national anthem.   This is an embarrassment to the State of Wisconsin that this actually took place.
Show a little bit of respect during the anthem for crying out loud.  Actually most are probably out of staters anyway, but still a disgrace.

There are plenty more videos of them doing the same as Palen was speaking.
