well, nothing to top 'ol paris' 2-1/4" cannon i made a few years back, but i stopped at the machinist's this morning and drop off the little cast cannon barrel for him to copy in steel....it is about a 69 cal, and about 18" long~ now this fellow is never in a hurry, so it may be over a month away~ but now i will need to start reserching to make 12" wheels for a field carriage i guess....
here we go again..........but this time the 'boss' won't be so mad that i built something as big as the 2/3scale in the frountroom....she didn't agree with THAT very much~
