Wonder if the 03A4 was a Remington too?

(found out Gibbs uses Remington 03A3 recievers to build them)

Not taking anything away from a great man who served his country well I would like to say (just as I have stated many times before here on GBO) that with the equipment we have today and a man that can shoot that equipment, those long shots and farther are very doable!
A very fitting tribute to him!!!
