When Al Qaida said it's goal was to remake the old Islamic empire from the Philipines to Africa, to Turkey and into Euope, that should have woke the world up. It didn't. Most people want to say the religion of Islam is peaceful, however Muhamad has said convert the world by sword point if necasary. That is not exactly peaceful in my understanding. Oh I shouldn't have quoted Muhamad, didn't the world get upset when the Pope did that and he actually apologized. Well, I said it, I won't apologize for it.

Why doesn't any of our politicos have the guts to call it what it really is; a holy war.

Did they just think that the war declarations, announcements of holy war and jihad, just a catchy way to say hello?? Giving the deep six to Americans in wheel chairs, attacks on our Embassies a halloween prank?? The gooberment should hand out T shirts with "kill me, I'm stoopid" written on them.

That sure would simplify things, if our 'leaders' would simply be candid and truthful. Yes, not all Muslims are involved in terrorism and perhaps many don't like the terror/jihad thing any more than anyone else does.
However; back during WW2, there were obviously numerous Germans who didn't want war and those who lived near the concentration camps, often detested what they knew was going on, and the US, UK, Belgium and even France, knew who was at fault and called the Nazis out on it !
Nowdays the US 'leaders' are pussyfooting around, afraid to "call a spade..a spade". Recently though, the major European powers leaders have scavanged up some gonads and "told it like it is"...

IG. From March 3-10th there were 40 acts of love and peace committed by the godless ones, they murdered 170, including many children, and criticly wounded another 425. Here is a lady worth watching..Wafa Sultan.. She grew up a Muslim, but couldn't take it anymore. She is not a Christian or Jew today either. Islam turned her against any faith; but that's OK, both here or in Canada, where she lives. Nobody will behead or stone her for voicing her opinion. The Palestinians went to their Arab brothers and asked for land to be a soviegn nation. The Arab brothers said we have nothing for you. Take it from Israel. The Lebonese, Syrians and Egyptians tried to over run Israel and got thier butts handed to them. Israel didn't give back some of the lands it captured. Those nations are still crying about it. Do you think the Arab League would have given Israeli back land it took?

Not only is everything someone elses fault, there is a double standard and someone owes them a living. Any other group comes to mind with thinking like this?

The "Palestinians" did ask their brethren for a little place to call home..but their bothers-in-Islam refused. The islamic nations (green), wanting to spread their "love and peace" said..."we have no land to spare; go take some from Israel (red) and we'll all pitch in to help you"!
...And they did, in 1967 and 1973..and got their heads handed to them as a reward for each adventure..

When you look at that map and see little Israel, surrounded with a sea of green.... it may indicate who does have the ear of the REAL God...

IRONGLOW. I looked for the red you spoke of and couldn't find it, then I enlarged it 200% and yep, there it was, a tiny red dot in a sea of green. FRom what I've read Israel is 1 /500 the size of here godless neighbors, like a rowboat in the middle of an ocean.

I may be wrong but I believe that years ago Jordan offered the so called palis a home of their own where they could do as they pleased but the godless ones said NO, we don't want it, we want what belongs to Israel. In their wars with her godless neighbors the Israelis are usually outnumbered like several hundred to one. The godless ones get their butts handed to them and are so stupid and full of hate to see that their allah just aint getting it done for them. This rather reflects their sense of decency. In all that green area, they could find no place as large as the West Bank for their 'brothers' to make a home.
PM, now I know you had trouble finding Israel on that map...now consider a tiny dot the size of the West Bank...and they couldn't spare it out of that huge green area.... Do they want a homeland, or do they just want to fight ?
Perhaps we can consult the Koran.. to see if they would prefer to peacefully develop a homeland, or rather fight, burn & murder..

I just find it strange that if you have no land to call home and someone offers you a small piece why wouldn't you take it. There is just no logical reason why each cannot have a homeland and practice their religion peacefully. Consider that Christianity, Islam and Judaism all trace their roots to Abraham. I don't see any news articles on Jews killing Christians or Christians killing Jews. It seems most news articles are Muslims extremists killing Jews, Christians, Bhudists etc. This would leave me to draw one of two simple conclussions 1) The Jews and Christians control the news media and the internet to make it seem like only Muslims kill or 2) It is the Muslims doing the killing.
Consider that an oppressive country like China cannot stop the internet, I am left with the simple conclussion that Jews and Christians do not control the media or internet. So I am left with the only conclusion that makes sense; Islam would rather create blood shed then peace. Considering this, why would anyone claim to be part of an oppresive blood thirsty religion? The argument of only a few are actual terrorists could fly to some degree but why don't the other non extremist police their own. Simple they don't want to. They would rather say it is only the few than get involved and clean their own house.
