that's the way to take things out of context.  he was no threat because the FBI made sure of it.
he first came to their attention two years ago when his landlord suspected he was trying to make bombs.
so, should we just deport someone who wants kill us, or do we get the goods on him and put him away.

I can understand how ignoring is appealing, when one is putting forward dubious stuff that cannot stand up to even mild scrutiny.

What some don't understand is, one God is Holy (Old Testiment Manifestation), but He is also Love (New Testiment Manifestation).  The OT shows that God is Holy and His Holiness cannot stand sin.  He shows the consequences of sin is death and destruction.  His OT prophecies show the coming Savior.  In the NT He shows his love and forgiveness.  Jesus DIED the OT death for SIN.  He Arose to give us forgiveness and Eternal life.  The Jews and Muslims are still operating in the OT.  Jews today have given up a lot of the OT laws of death, stoning, etc, because they have been influenced by Christianity.  Granted ignorance in the middle ages caused some weird things to happen in Christianity, but the Protestant Reformation and the Renaisance woke people up to the truth.

  Don't try putting words in PM's mouth..he didn't say that Christianity is Jewish.  A closer analogy would be a younger brother who has discovered something his older brother missed..and he would like to show to his older brother.
   Then (IMO), a new pretender named Muhammad came along about 620 AD, pretending to be a member of the same family and hoping to convert the brothers "Christian" and "Israel (Jacob)"..to his new way of looking at things.  He wasn't in the least successful, remains an outsider, and has been envious and angry ever since.
   Since then, brothers Christian and Israel have had their ups and downs..but they have finally matured to the point where some are accepting the new idea Christian offers, but none the less, They can 'agree to disagree' peaceably, while Muhammad seems bent on causing strife wherever he goes.
   "Grafted into the vine" is a common term, simply because God Himself (John 15), is the true vine.  The God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob is our shared God..  That Allah one, we view as something else.
   It is unfortunate that Muhammad did not seek to be grafted , but instead prefers to remain a tare among the wheat.
     Sorry TM, but that is about as kindly as I can put it and still explain the chasm between.

Like I said, if it walks like a duck.....  I will tolerate Muslims, but will not befriend them, as I do not trust them.  Their lack of rejection of their radical elements speeks volumes.  At least Christians don't like other radical Christians, but they are few and far between.  I talked recently with a hotel owner from India.  He doesn't like them either, he said all they wanted to do in India is fight.

First---don't try a strawman approach to Islam because they belive in Christ as a prophet and redeemer.
Christ is--first and formost--completely the one God of all creation, John 1:1. He came as God in man form--his Spirit (God is Spirit) is eternally God.
If you do not believe that about Christ, you can believe in Him as redeemer/prophet/son of god  and be welcomed to hell with open arms.
You have the scriptures and you are responsible.
