An all out nuclear war would indeed stop global warming. With all of the production facilities and major cities lying in ruins there would be nothing to cause global warming. Surviving the first couple of nuclear winters would be the hard part. The huge dust clouds from the bombings would circle the globe and definitely cause cooling. So in essence a nuclear war would stop global warming.
That is if you believe global warming exisists.
I have known government scientists not to drink out of anything but glass. A certain few would not drink anything from a plasitc bottle or an aluminum can. They were afraid the plasticizer from plastics would migrate into the drink and cause health problems. The aluminum might cuase parkinsons or alzhiemers. Just becuase someone is a scientist doesn't mean they have all the oars in the water.
